Stroke him until he gets used to you.

Get each ghost to push a different lever.
Use the WAIT command to synchronize the ghosts' actions.
How can I get David to help me?
Show him you're strong for a one-day-old ghost.
After you've built up your strength, rock the urn.
How do I get Edith to leave her grave?
Break the curse put on her. Show her the end of time.
Break the sundial and take her the gnomon.
How do I get the Willmots to help?
Settle their argument.
Take the wreath to Edna. Remember to switch name cards. 
How do I move the wreath?
Have you made friends with the dog?
When the dog is present,take the wreath. The dog will carry it.
What do I do with the small statue by the Copper Beech?
Examine it carefully.
The statue is a sleeping ghost, so wake it.
How do I get rid of the vandals?
They'll go if they think there's a watchman about.
Turn on the light in the shed.
How do I get Violet to help?
She won't leave her grave unless she can hear her way back.
Put the bell on the bush.
How do I delay the gang?
The drugs are in the vault, by the VERY OLD wall.
Push the wall onto the vault. Get all the ghosts to help.
