Use the drill to drill a hole into the safe.

Find a place with air to empty the case.
Go to the air pocket. Drill hole in case. Put putty into hole.

You will need some leverage.
Move bunks with iron bar then wedge bar under bunks.

You won't need to, just don't wake it up!
Just walk past it, but don't stop.

Use the hole and remember the orange line.
Push chest into hole then tie orange line to chest.
How do I get back up the second ladder?
You might be able to reach it if you were taller!
Push chest under ladder.  Stand on chest then climb ladder.
How do I escape the ship?
You'll need to reach the rope.
Push cask under rope.  Climb cask.  Cut rope with sword.
