Editorial It's been a busy two months since the last issue, sorting out returned questionnaires and working out a plan of action as a result. You can see the full results of the questionnaire in a separate file but, briefly, though a fair number of the ST readers would prefer the magazine to remain ST only, they could see why the suggestion had been made and were happy to go along with it so long as the ST coverage didn't suffer too much. So this is the first disk to officially cover the ST and Amiga and we're working on a PC version too which should be ready in a few months. I'd like to repeat what I have put elsewhere in the magazine - if you're genuinely NOT happy with the changes in SynTax, I'll refund your remaining subscription. But please, give it a fair try because I think you'll find the changes are for the best. The plan is that all three versions will contain the same information but this may change later. I'm currently working on an adventure list to cover all the machines and the full list will be in Issue 13. Because of the time spent on this, the space taken up by the survey, a larger than usual letters section and also a new file Viewpoint (which I hope someone will keep going next issue), there is no Adventure List this time. Check out the News file instead for some information about what's happening and if you can't wait, send a blank disk and return postage for the full list (over 600 adventures at the last count!) Well, SynTax starts its third year next issue. Thanks to all of you for your help in making it the success it is. To quote from one of the questionnaires, "Any fanzine is only as good as the support it gets from active subscribers", and it's very true - I couldn't hope to get the magazine done without your contributions and encouragement so ..... thanks!
