Wire tester connections to terminal box located underground at
Hwang's:
"Red" just under left wire leading to battery terminal,
"Blue" attached to strap wrapped round conduit near the bottom
of the screen,
"Yellow" clip to the second terminal from the bottom lower block.

To get to see Mayor:
Get Ntz tape from Karen,
Yell at Jenni,
Get pass from Mayor after threatening him.

Reservoir - kill all and take hovercar.
Fly to Hwang's. Go down elevator.
Receptionist was old school friend. Say how well she looks,
promise her dinner and she will let you in security.
Open "Holding" and janitor rooms. Close breakroom. Hit left-hand
button of security system. When screen states "Manual over-ride?"
hit the buttons below each of the colours in the following order:
red, yellow, purple, yellow, white, purple, yellow, red, purple,
white, red, yellow, purple, blue, white (Code found in fortune
cookie received from old man at warehouse).
Pass receptionist, around corner. Enter first room - Janitor's.
Open top circuit box and flip switch. Open bottom panel and take
wires.
Go to room next door and lay the wires over Karen. Take close
look and pull all three wires. Follow game sequence towards
conclusion.
