Hints for solving Castle Adventure on PD 284

In order to protect yourself, quickly find the helmet and the
sword.

Wear the helmet.

When you find a Jewel or item of Treasure take it back and drop it
near the locked gate in the courtyard. SAVE the game every time.

Look into the fountain from the first floor balcony. You will see
the Gem. Go back down and collect it and drop and save, as above.

When you find the Magic Wand, got to the room with the large
mirror, wave the wand in front of the mirror and pass through and
collect the treasure therein.  Drop and save as before.

Remember that you can only carry four items, including helmet and
sword.

Can't get past the fairy? Then get and play the harp, it is
located at the top of one of the castle's towers. The fairy likes
the music and will let you pass.
