Maxis: Design your own electronic fish with El-Fish and watch them
-----  'swim' around in your monitor, exhibiting typical fishy
behaviour. Or create individual (and weird!) life forms with
SimLife. The choice is yours in these two forthcoming programs.
What will they think of next?

Star Trek: Following the success of Star Trek 25th Anniversary, a
---------  follow-up game is planned rather than the previously
suggested mission disks. The licence for Star Trek, The Next
Generation has gone to Spectrum Holobyte.

Sierra/Dynamix: Several forthcoming Sierra games have already been
--------------  mentioned in previous issues. However Dynamix also
have a new RPG planned called Riftwar Legacy, The Betrayal at
Krondor based on Raymond Feist's book. The game will feature
animated characters during battle and will be the first in a
series.

Infocom: Lost Treasures of Infocom hasn't been out very long but
-------  already Lost Treasures 2 has appeared, so far only on
import. Activision also have a couple of compilations coming out
that will include other Infocom re-releases. Power Hits Sci-Fi
contains Circuit's Edge, Mines of Titan and 3 other games while
Power Hits BattleTech contains BattleTech I and II plus Mech
Warrior.

Might and Magic: The next two games in the series will be Clouds
---------------  of Xeen and Darkside of Xeen. Both will use an
improved M&M3 engine. Though they are individual games with
separate quests and endgames, if they are installed on a hard
drive you'll be able to move from one to another AND get a third
end game of about 1/4 the size of one game if you complete both.

Origin: Ultima VII Part Two, The Serpent Isle and Ultima Underworld
------  II are both on the way. There is also talk of mission
disks for Ultima VII. The first will be Forge of Virtue and will
slot into the game rather than extending it area-wise.
