The non-mass market Falcon (available at the moment) has had a
price increase. Due to the US exchange rate to the pound, the
Falcon will now cost œ599 - œ999 depending on the setup.

Atari haven't released any information on whether the mass market
Falcon will have a new casing, but you can expect that it will.

I am interested in what people think about the Falcon. 99.9% of
the people I've heard that have something to say against the
Falcon have got their facts wrong, or just don't know what they're
talking about. I can also find no points that make its competition
better the Falcon. I am, however, open minded about this Falcon,
if you believe there is a true fault against Atari or the Falcon
itself, or think the Falcon's competition can in some way beat it,
I'd love to hear from you. As far as I'm concerned, I don't mind
admitting that I think the Falcon IS a wonder-machine.  Try and
prove me wrong - I dare 'ya! If on the other hand, you want to
praise the Falcon or Atari, write in too, share your view with the
SynTax readers!
