North and South - Hints

Hints:
1/. Connect two towns as soon as possible, without taxes you
    cannot raise extra armies.
2/. It is often easier to sit across the rail line and loot than
    to attack the town. The fort may beat you whereas the lines
    run through states without towns.
3/. If two of your states border the same enemy state when one
    army attacks so does the other thus doubling your attack.
    Where the enemy can do this to you it is worth attacking one
    first or retreating rather than standing.
4/. To play the game as a wargame choose the strategy option with
    no random events.
