Mechfight - on SynTax PD 732
                      (RPG for Amiga)

Mechfight is an RPG in which you play a robot. You have to collect
objects and perform tasks and fight other robots.

You start in a space station in orbit round the planet Bahran. The
first time I played the game, I walked around the station for ages
without finding anything and thought it was a dead loss. However,
as Sue had been good enough to send it to me for review, I wanted
to be fair so I gave it another chance.

Upon the second play I found some objects and got some passwords
and although I didn't know what some of the objects were for, I
was now intrigued enough to come back for more. I found that once
you get going with it and get your first mission to stop a madman
(there's always a madman), it's quite good.

The graphics and sound are a bit basic but not bad for a PD game.
The controls are easy to use, either with the mouse or the
keyboard. So you if you have a little patience with it, it's not a
bad little game and I would recommend it to most RPG players.
