Go down the stairs and into the library. Read the books then enter
the janitor's office and pick up the string. Leave the office, go
left and play the pinball machine then examine it to find a shiny
ball. Go up the stairs.

Read the warning then enter Schabb's room. Read the notice and
talk to Schabb.  Hypnotise him, turn off the bars and get the
treaty.

In the Highway office move towards the desk, talk to the man then
leave the office.


Password - bum

Go left, up the stairs and enter the first room. Pick up the cue
then go down to the library and read some books. Leave the
library, go left and enter room 104. Use the cue to get the chisel
from the first window. Leave the room and enter room 103.

Move to the quizmaster to win a hammer. Go down the stairs, right
and examine the pillar to get the statue.

In the Highway office move towards the desk, talk to the man then
leave the office.

Examine the ashtray, get the ash then move to the room with the
pool table.  Drop the ash and leave. Walk downstairs and go to the
pillar. Walk past that to the foggy location and look.  Return to
the pool room, get the vacuum cleaner then go to the foggy
location and use the vacuum cleaner.

Talk to the man at the Highway office.

Talk to your boss then walk out of the madhouse and talk to Ben
Del Tare, then watch the ending.
