Might and Magic IV - Essential Quests

Most of the quests are straightforward find and/or destroy
something and then return. The game keeps track of where you must
return to. You need to do only one thing to finish this game; 
kill Xeen.

In order to do this you must:

Find 15 King's megacredits. (I found 26 so I won't list specific
locations)

There are three dungeons that contain Megacredits.

The first is the Temple of Yak. (E4; 4, 4)
The second is the Tomb of 1000 Terrors. (C4; 6, 6)
The third is the Golem Dungeon (B4, 11, 9)

Each Dungeon requires a stone to get in.

The stone for the Temple of Yak is at (E4, 4, 4)

The other two stones you get at Newcastle, one after each building
phase.

To build at Newcastle you must first go there (use a mirror in a
town and say "NEWCASTLE") There you will be asked for 50,000 gold.
Buy the place and take your first batch of Megacredits to the
King's engineers in the castle. They will build a wall.  Return to
Newcastle and enter. You will be given the stone of Terror.

Get more Megacredits from the Tomb of Terror. Go back to the
King's engineers and they will build the keep. Go back to
Newcastle for the Golem stone.

In order to build the dungeon at Newcastle you must rescue Crodo.

To Rescue Crodo you must get the Key to Darzog's tower in the
Tower of High Magic.

The key to the Tower of High Magic is in the Cave of Illusion.

The Mirror will take you to all three locations.

The following co-ordinates are the co-ordinates of stairs down in
the Cave of Illusion. (Level, X-coord, Y-coord) (1,15,1);
(2,13,0); (3,15,1); The key is on Level 4 at the back of the north
end central cavern, in a skull for 300 gems.

These are for stairs up in the Tower of High Magic.  (1,9,5);
(2,9,11); (3,5,11); The key is at (4,7,12)

These are for Darzog's Tower.  Stairs up (1,10,10); (2,9,11);
(3,5,11); (4,5,5) The last stairs takes you to the Clouds of Xeen.

There are 2 Tapestries with buttons hidden behind them. Push both
buttons. (4,6,8); (4,8,8)

There is a rope ladder down from level 4 to Crodo (4,4,6)

Crodo is at (3,7,6)

Then go to the castle at the lower left corner and get the permit
to excavate Newcastle. Go to the King's engineers and they will
build Newcastle Dungeon.

In the center of Newcastle Dungeon (you will have to break walls
so use the Wizard's Eye spell to see what walls are thin) there is
the Experimental Xeen Slayer sword. Once you get this save your
game and then save again under a different name.

Then go to the top of Darzog's tower and up into the Clouds of
Xeen. Don't forget to cast levitate to stand on clouds.

Once in the Clouds of Xeen, go to (16,9) and teleport 9 north.

Once on the main Xeen cloud go to the four tests of physical
attributes (15,24); (12,22); (11,25); (14,26).

Have your best character in each attribute win the doll for that
attribute. Temporary stat increases by wells, fountains and items
count also so if you can't make it cast Lloyd's Beacon to have a
firm spot in the clouds and then go down and increase the stat
somewhere.

Once you have all 4 dolls there is a tent to the north where you
can trade them for a Xeen Cupee doll. Once you have that you can
enter Castle Xeen.

There are four machines in the corners (two on the first level and
two in towers). Once these are gone you can go and destroy Lord
Xeen with the Xeen Slayer sword. (Good luck. He casts energy
eradication). Then go to the mirror in the room and click on it.
