Hero's Quest -> Quest for Glory 2
Maniac Mansion -> Day of the Tentacle
Out of this World -> Flashback
Wolfenstein 3D -> Spear of Destiny

@~The Hero Quest name change was due to copyright problems since
@~the Games Workshop game, released on computer by Gremlin,
@~already held the rights to the name ... Sue
