Open Writing Bureau and drink Tequila. Pick up Worm. 7. Open drawer, get Pot. Examine Pot and find Key. Downstairs 1. Get newspaper cutting. Examine it and find Bank Statement. 2. Read note from Lobineau and use Telephone. 3. Use key on front door and exit. Caf‚. (George) 1. Talk to Man (Ex Gendarme) and Waiter. 2. Lobineau arrives. Talk to him. Find out about Gallery. 3. Talk to Ex Gendarme and take his Flask. 4. Talk to Waiter and exit. Gallery. (George) 1. Talk to Glease then talk to Art Critic. Show him the Pot. 2. Use Flask on his glass of wine until he falls over. 3. Go to back of gallery and examine cases. Get Label. Docks. (George) Front Gate. 1. Go to Hut Window and talk to guard. 2. Go down steps and pick up Hook. Use Hook to get Bottle. 3. Back to Hut and examine chimney. Use Bottle on chimney and get Cone. 4. Put Bottle in chimney. 5. Go down steps and enter Hut through trapdoor. 6. Get Dog Biscuits and piece of Coal and exit through trapdoor. 7. Use Dog Biscuit on Platform and tip Dog into water with Hook. 8. Return to Fence and climb over. Warehouse 1. Read sign and climb Ladder. Open first Window and jam Hook in fan. 2. On the balcony, push Barrel and see what happens. 3. Go to door with grill and knock. Talk to Pablo until he agrees to come out. 4. Go back up ladder and push Barrel. 5. When Pablo investigates the noise, push another barrel to knock him into the Barge. 6. Enter Warehouse. Read Notice-board. Open drawer and get Key. 7. When man (Titipoco) appears, talk to him. Unlock his Manacles with key. Get Manacles. 8. Push button to call Lift and when you arrive, push Crate in front of Photo-Electric Cell. 9. Push switch on right of Lift door and examine scratch marks by wooden wall. 10. Find secret door, enter and untie Nico. Get Rope, Fetish and Tape. 11. Talk to Nico. Use Tape on Photo Electric Cell and push Crate back. 12. Move small crate then push other Crate away from Pallet. 13. Use Pallet to lift the Statue. Tie Rope to Statue and pulley. 14. Try to push statue. Talk to Nico. Push Statue together and smash door. Exit 15. Use Manacles on Cable to escape 16. There is now a Gallery sequence in which you get the Coyote Stone. Quaramonte (George and Nico) 1. Talk to Band and Pearl. Enter Police Station and talk to the General and Renaldo. 2. Try to examine Chart on wall. Leave police station. Talk to Nico. 3. Talk to Oubier and Duane by the Truck. Talk to leg-less man. 4. Go to Mine Office and talk to Conchita and Secretaries. 5. Leave office, talk to Duane in truck. Examine Cell Window and Truck 6. Go back to Mine Office. Talk to Conchita. Ask Nico to distract the General. 7. Talk to General. Nico leaves with General. Talk to Renaldo 8. Talk to Pearl. She leaves with Renaldo. Examine Chart and visit Miguel in prison. 9. Talk to Miguel. Go to the Mine Office. Talk to Conchita and get Detonator. 10. Give Detonator to Duane and go back to Miguel in Jail. 11. As you talk, Renaldo appears and locks you up. General's House. (Nico) 1. Examine everything in room. Talk to Raoul. 2. Mother arrives and after a while the scene returns to George. 12 Duane's explosion does not work. Ask Miguel for Rope. 13 Tie Rope to Cell Window and give other end to Duane to tie to Truck 14 George and Nico escape Up River. Tree House. (George) 1. Get Vine. Get Cross and put it by Press. Tie Vine to Press. 2. Put Bank Statement in pile of Leaves and touch Water Wheel with Statue. 3. Father Hubert appears, tells you Nico is sick and can be cured by a root from the Shaman. 4. Hubert gives you his collar to press. Put Collar on press. Use Cross on press. 5. Give Collar back to Hubert. Talk to him and he takes you to the Village. Village 1. Give biscuits to Guard. He returns with empty box. 2. Put Coyote stone in Box and give it to guard. 3. Enter Village. Talk to Shaman and learn about the Eagle and Jaguar Stones. 4. Get Root. Tree House 1. Put Cone under Press. Put Root on Press and turn with Cross. 2. Pick up Cone, enter Tree House and give it to Nico. Ketch's Landing. (George) 1. Talk to Man. (Bronson). Examine Theodolite 2. Go to end of Pier and talk to Boy. (Rio). 3. Go up Steps and talk to Sisters. 4. Go back to Beach and talk to Bronson and Rio. Return to House. 5. Try to enter House. Sisters leave to find Emily. 6. Go to Rio and ask for Fish. Give him the Worm. 7. Talk to Bronson then Back to Rio. He catches a bicycle. Get Inner tube then get Fish. 8. Return to House. Extend Ladder to flagpole and Climb. Tie Inner tube to Flagpole. 9. Back on the ground tie Fish to Inner tube to distract the Cat. 10. Get Red Ball. Retrieve Inner tube then tie Inner tube to Tree. 11. Use Red Ball with Catapult to knock off Marker. Bronson appears and climbs Ladder. 12. Remove Ladder. Pick up Marker and return to beach. Get Plans and Theodolite. 13. Return to House. Show Plans to Sisters. You are now able to enter the House. British Museum. (Nico) 1. Examine Jaguar Stone in Cabinet and talk to Attendant. 2. Oubier appears. Attendant answers phone. Oubier leaves. 3. Examine cabinet that held the Jaguar Stone. Talk to attendant. Get Key 4. Cross to other side of room, open cabinet with Key and get Dagger. 5. Show Key to attendant. When he uses the telephone, open curtain. 6. Use Dagger on door and exit. Ketches House. (George) 1. Read Ship's Log. Get Chart and put it on desk. 2. Get Lantern and put it in ink well. Take Quill Pen. Examine Portrait. 3. Open Sea Chest. Talk to Emily about Cross. 4. Go outside house and give Pen to Cat. Pick up feathers. 5. Go to Rio. Talk to him and give him the feathers. He gives you a Conch Shell. 6. Back at the House swap Conch for Emily's Cross. Put Cross in Pen Holder. 7. Find out about Zombie Island. Go to Rio and ask him to take you there. Zombie Island. (George) 1. Examine Boat, Cliff and Rock outcrop. 2. Talk to Rio and ask to borrow Net. 3. Use Net on Rock Outcrop and climb up. British Museum Underground Station. (Nico) 1. Look in Handbag. Get Hair-grip and use it on Coin Slot in Vending Machine. 2. Get Penny. Buy Chocolate and get returned Penny. 3. Use Penny in Weighing Machine and get Card. 4. Use Dagger on cupboard then use Card in the crack. 5. Push Button. When Train appears you get on. Zombie Island. (George) 1. Go to top exit from Cliff top and get Reed From Swamp. 2. Take the Top Right Exit from Swamp and find the Lair. 3. Poke Reed in Lair and return to Cliff Top. 4. Take the Lower Exit from Cliff Top to the Wild Boar. 5. Put Dart in Reed and use it on Boar. Exit Right. 6. At Rock Needle, pick up creeper. Fit Marker to Net and Creeper. 7. Throw Marker-Net-Creeper over Rock Needle. Exit straight ahead. 8. Take top right exit from Swamp. Follow path by Lair and go through Forest. 9. Follow path in Swamp back to Lair. Take the middle of three exits on the right. 10. Go straight through Forest and exit right. 11. On top of rock, examine Holes and Initials. Put Theodolite in Holes. 12. Use Theodolite until you find the Flashing Marker. Examine Pillar and exit Right. Tower Bridge. (Nico) 1. Move to next crate and wait till guard has passed then climb ladder. 2. Wait until Guard stops to talk to other guard. Open cupboard door and re-climb Ladder. 3. When guard enters cupboard close door and jam it with Mop. 4. Look through Porthole and listen to Oubier and Karzak Talking. 5. Karzak shoots Oubier and leaves. You enter. 6. Try to talk to Oubier. Get Jaguar Stone. Karzak returns and tries to strangle you. 7. Use Dagger on Karzak and escape. Zombie Island. (George) 1. Talk to Hawks, Flash and Bert. Examine Bush. Talk to Sharon and Haiku. 2. Get Bun, Syrup and Pancake from table and give pancake to Bert. 3. Talk to Bert about Hornets. Talk to Hawks. 4. Get another Pancake and put Syrup on it. Give it to Bert. 5. Keep throwing buns at the Bush until Hornets appear. 6. On the beach, talk to Bert, Hawks and Flash. Look at Portable Camera. 7. Talk to Hawks about using another Cave. 8. After sequence you get the Eagle Stone. Jungle Village. (Nico) 1. Examine Large barrel and hot stone. Try to push Barrel. 2. Talk to Titipoco to help you push Barrel. Get Coyote Stone. Titipoco has Eagle Stone. 3. Exit left. Pyramid. (Nico) 1. Talk to Guards. Examine Gantry, Generator and Engine and get Rope. 2. Talk to Titipoco. Give him the Rope to put over Gantry. Tie Rope to Engine. 3. Get Cylinder from Generator and cut Fuel Line with Dagger. 4. Fill Cylinder with fuel and put it in Fuel Cap of Engine. Push Button and pull Lever. 5. Talk to Titipoco about Lever. Stand on Elevator and say "Copy" to Titipoco. 6. Get Ammo Belt from Boxes and return to ground. 7. Get Torch from base of steps and ask Titipoco to light it. Throw Torch in spilt Fuel. 8. Throw Ammo Belt in Flames. 9. Talk to Raoul. Release George from Slab and enter Pyramid. 10. Try to move the two levers. Talk to George about Levers. Fall into trap. The Glyphs Puzzle. (Nico) In this room is a huge machine with two huge wheels marked at the circumference with Glyphs. To the right are two panels, one with ten tiles and one with four tiles. The glyphs on the wheels correspond with the glyphs on each of the ten tiles and the glyphs on each of the 4 tiles are a composite of two of the ten tiles. Number the ten glyphs 1 to 5 on the top row and 6 to 10 on the bottom row. If you look at the wheels you see that two glyphs are already lined up for tile No. 2. Push it in then turn the wheels to line up glyphs shown on tile 5. Push this in and then push the top left tile on the panel of four. Continue with tiles 3 and 10 (Top right). 1 and 8 (Bottom left). 6 and 9 (Bottom right). Secret Door will now open. Exit. Dark Room. (George) 1. Get Torch and ask Titipoco to light it. 2. Pull Lever. Doors and Levers Puzzle. (George) 1. Pick up torch and light torch on wall. 2. Pull Lever on back wall and exit left. 3. Pull Lever on left of door then pull right lever. 4. Exit to corridor. Pull Left Lever and enter first room. 5. Exit through secret door. At base of stairs go to Frieze. 6. Examine it then return to base of steps and pull lever. 7. Exit to "Certain Death", sit back and enjoy final sequence. - o -
