Overseer Advice

           Taken from a phone call from Jill Nott

Jill had experienced problems as one point in the game when she
was trying to use a computer in Clark's office. When I checked the
solution, it turned out that there was an audio clue given for
this problem at another point in the game.

This is the relevant bit:
     Get the passcard reader from the cabinet and use it on the
     computer. To get the passcard you must enter the sequence
     heard in the video on the "weird looking keyboard" on the
     computer.

Jill explained that she had turned off the sound as she'd been
experiencing crashes in this section of the game and disabling the
sound had solved them.

She managed to struggle through with the sound back on, but when
she came to use the next disk, disk 5, the computer wouldn't
accept it at all.

She rang Access and after being on hold for 20 minutes, spoke to a
chap there who was very helpful. He told her that the US version
of the game was fine but when the masters were sent over to the UK
they were told there was no need to check them - so they didn't.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with Disk 5, a typing error
which caused the disk recognition to be faulty. At the moment they
are waiting for a new master. He said there were also some general
faults with Disk 4, including the one Jill experienced so if
you're having problems - that's why!
