THE LAND BEYOND THE PICKET FENCE.

    A Text Adventure Game, part of Disk 1171 for PC

            Solution submitted by: Tom Lorimer.

First go west into the garden and pick up the shears.
Now go northwest into the cottage and open the cupboard.
Pick up the bread and the kettle and return to the garden.
Go northeast to the pond and examine the swan.
Give the bread to the swan and cut the ribbon with the shears.
Drop the shears then fill the kettle with water.
Go east and look under the mushroom then pick up the teabag.
Return to the cottage and put the kettle on the stove.
Turn on the stove and wait until the kettle boils.
When the scientist appears give him the teabag.
Go down to the laboratory and open the cabinet.
Pick up the green bottle, the purple bottle and the spray can.
Return to the clearing then go east to the cavern.
Go northeast into the fungus room and examine the wall.
Spray the carpet then pour the green liquid on it.
Wait until the mushrooms die then unlock the door with the key.
Open the door then go north into the gnome's junk room.
Drop the purple bottle then pick up the yoyo and lump.
Put the lump in the purple bottle then return to the cavern.
When the gnome goes to investigate the explosion go east and
south and give the yoyo to the little girl.
End of game.
