   Andy rang me to say that he was playing this game but found one
   part of the solution, which had been printed in SynTax, didn't
   work because a section had been left out.  After you've been to
   Carl Linsky's warehouse, the solution said to go back to Tex's
   office to collect a message form the Vid-phone, but there is
   something you must do first...

After Carl's warehouse, go to see Deloris Lightbody.  Speak to her
about Arnold Sternwood. She makes an appointment.  Now travel to
Tex's Office and turn on the Vid-phone to play the message.
