All about SynTax SynTax is a bimonthly adventure magazine which primarily covers PC software and is published in the middle of January, March, May, July, September and November. The first issue was produced in July 1989. The magazine costs œ3.50 an issue on disk, œ3.00 by email, œ4.50 on paper, including post and packing anywhere in the world. A year's subscription of 6 issues is œ19 on disk, œ17.50 by email, œ25 on paper, with further offers for subscribers. Special offers are available for the earliest disks. Issues 1-40 cost œ1.50 each, Issues 41 to 50 œ2.00 each, and 50 onwards œ2.50 each. Please ask if you want to buy a number of back issues as I will do a special offer. A CD is also available for Issues 1-60, price œ10 to people who have taken EVERY issue of the magazine up to, and including, Issue 60. If you haven't taken each issue, there is a surcharge according to how many, and which ones, you've missed. This is calculated as an extra 25p for each issue between 1-20, 50p each for issues 21-40, 75p each for issues 41-50, œ1.00 each for issues 51-55 and œ1.50 each for issues 56-60. So the most anyone will have to pay is œ45.00. SynTax is NOT PD so please DO NOT distribute it in any way.
