Nightlong : Union City Conspiracy Reviewed by Jenny Perry The year is 2099: the Governor of Union City has become the target of a series of terrorists attacks. Summoned by him to honour an old debt, you must embark on an epic graphic adventure to infiltrate this subverse organisation and sabotage their operations. Featuring over 80 locations complete with interactive pick-ups and fully-animated backgrounds. Despite the gloomy cover, I enjoyed this game, It is a traditional point and click in which you have to uncover a conspiracy. This sounds rather unexciting, but it was a rather good game. You visit various parts of your city, which seems to be governed by a kind of marshall law, gatecrash a night club, meet a beautiful woman and discover a secret underground passage leading to a deserted zoo and your adversaries' base. There is the usual finding and combining of unusual objects - you need to use your imagination wildly in order to get down a manhole near the start of the game . I liked it so much I was glued to the PC instead of cooking meals etc and finished it quite quickly. - o -
