Zeus: Master of Olympus

In the third part of the Zeus and Europa section, one of the goals
for the mission is to have "50 people in a residence or better".
This is using the higher class housing. To develop their
residences, these people need the usual food, fleece and oil, but
then next wine followed by armour and horses. As I couldn't
produce or import wine and only had a limited amount put by, I
thought the best thing was to build just one residence and
concentrate on that one, letting it have all the wine etc, rather
than parcelling it out thinly over several residences. I got to a
maximum of 16 people in this residence, gave them armour, and they
started asking for horses, but the options to either import horses
or build a horse ranch didn't appear.

I asked Carolyn and she explained that you didn't have to get ALL
50+ people in one building, so I went back a few saves and built 4
elite houses instead. It was easy to get 16 people in each without
even being asked for armour or horses, and this gave me 64 total,
more than enough.

I do feel they should have made the instructions a tad clearer!
