Privateer

Press Alt-o to get to an options screen. From there you can choose
to have invincibility and unlimited ammo

To get into the planets with asteroids hit your afterburners and
aim for the planet.  Pull up and down on your joystick repeatedly
until you are in range to land you will land automatically.  No
more problems with fighting in asteroids again.
