After starting the game, go outside and see a barrel by the house
next door. Look inside it and there will be a Ring of Healing.
Take it, get your duties in the house, then walk outside into the
town. Look for a wood elf named Fargoth and give him the ring. He
will tell Arille at the trader house to give you better deals.
