Chapter 5 - leave the lights on

Pick the cheapest site in Hong Kong for your first hotel and build
the smaller hotel of the two.  Build only small one or two person
normal rooms. Add a small restaurant.  Do the same in Las Vagas
for the second. You should be able to build both pretty quickly.
Add the same restaurant to the second hotel and if satisfaction
doesn't get to the required level fairly fast, add a games room.
