Here are how to unlock the Sheep, Tortoise, and the Lion

Lion - You can unlock him in the fifth level if you did the 
sailor Silver Reward Scroll in the first Level 
Sheep - Do the sheep Silver Reward Scroll in the first level 
Tortoise - In the fourth level do the turtle round up Silver 
Reward Scroll
