Delivery
Orders are posted as quickly as possible, usually within 7 days. If you need items very urgently a priority service is available for an extra £5.
Payment
In the UK this can be by cheque, postal order, WELL CONCEALED cash at your own risk or PayPal - preferably minimum order £10 for PayPal payments, or by BACS. Sorry I don't take credit or debit cards. Cheques to Sue Medley please.
Orders from outside the UK must pay by PayPal. This is secure and very easy to use. I don't accept foreign currency.
Postage and Packing
Please add 10% towards P&P for UK orders (15% for 1st class). Minimum P&P charges apply. In the UK this is £3.25 for second class, £4.50 for first class. If you want Special Delivery (next day before 1pm) and it's feasible, then please add £6.00 on top of the normal P&P charge.
I also post outside the UK by airmail. The S&H costs for overseas post will be quoted at the time of order but will be approximately 15% of the cost of the order for Europe, 30% for outside Europe, min £6.50. Please add £8.00 for 'signed for' delivery outside the UK.
I usually post twice a week. I prefer to send via the post office and get a certificate of postage. For high value orders I will send Recorded Delivery. If you can't wait until my next post office trip and are willing for me to just post via my local postbox I will not be able to cover and replace any lost items free of charge.
Very rarely post goes missing. More often it is simply delayed. I've only had two packages vanish completely in all my years in business. If an order doesn't turn up, I can't chase it up through the post office or reprint the order for 15 working days after the expected date of delivery - this is the time the Royal Mail quotes.
It may sometimes be necessary to send an order in more than one package because of varying sizes/shapes eg cards and letterheads.
Minimum Orders
You can order whatever quantity you want but below-minimum quantities will be liable to the minimum P&P charge to compensate.
Reduction for quantity
This is only a small business so I can't compete with very large orders. On average I give a 2% reduction for 200 of an item (based on the 100 rate), 5% for 300 and 10% for 500.
Samples
As much design work as possible is done over the Internet to keep down costs and therefore also prices. One sample can normally be provided of a item (leaflet, business card etc) free of charge if required. After this, a nominal charge of £3 each including P&P may be made. If no graphic is selected for cat and dog items a paw print design will be used.
Masters
If you want to organise your own printing, I can provide a master printout that you can photocopy or an Adobe Acrobat file. For items with a design fee, that fee still applies and the master fee is on top. For a single sided item the master fee is £35, for doubled sided items £50.
Quotations
Prices quoted will be held for 1 month. After that if no firm order has been placed and charges have altered in the mean time the new price may apply.
